Our history
At MailWriter.io, we understand people experiencing the difficulties of managing a large volume of emails. As a result, we began working on an AI-powered email assistant to help us streamline our own email communication. We were receiving nearly 200 emails per day as a team, and it was difficult to keep up with the flood of messages. We frequently delayed or missed important communications, which cost us time and money. That’s when we decided to create MailWriter.io, a solution that employs cutting-edge AI technology to assist in the management of email more efficiently and effectively. Our solution is adaptable to your specific requirements, allowing you to focus on the emails that are most important to you while saving time and increasing productivity.
After developing an AI application to reduce our email overwhelm, we quickly realized the importance of protecting our valuable business data. We couldn’t risk exposing our sensitive data to external AI engines, so we decided to build our own. However, we soon realized that building a separate AI engine for each person or company was neither scalable nor practical. That’s when we thought of using a privacy mechanism to anonymize our data before using any AI engine. MailWriter.io was created with this solution in mind.
